Karl Spinner

Owner of SERVPRO Franchise

• Karl partnered with Bob Morrison to open this SERVPRO Franchise in 2002.
• Certifications include ASCS, ASD, WDR, IIRC, ECTP, and F&R.
• Karl has a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering in addition to 2 years of Architectural Study.
• He has worked in all aspects commercial and residential construction and remediation on projects ranging from $1000 to several 100 million dollars.
• He has continued to expand the construction service and build a quality team of professionals, all dedicated to complete customer satisfaction.
• On his spare time Karl enjoys watching/playing sports, and spending time with his family. 

Osmin Natareno

Operations Manager

• Osmin has been with SERVPRO of Central Union County since 2007, and joined our team with an extensive construction background.
• Osmin worked his way up the ranks from Technician to his current position as Operations Manager.
• Along the way he gained valuable experience in the Restoration & Mitigation Industry earning several certifications from the IICRC, which include: ECTP, WRT, ASD, HST, AMRT, RRP for lead clean up, NADCA, & ACS.
• His hobbies are reading and fishing.

John Tortoriello

Project Manager Estimator

• Certifications: ECTP, WRT, Xactimate
• John has been with our SERVPRO Franchise since 2005.
• He is IICRC Certified Water Technician, and specializes in the use of our estimating program called Xactimate, used by most insurance companies for the restoration industry.
• Some of his hobbies include Golf, The Giants, Beaches, and Vacations.

Janet Pineda

Administrative Assistant

• Janet has been with SERVPRO of Central Union County for 3 years.
• She has completed her Certifications in Xactimate, IICRC, WRT, FSRT, CCT, and UFT.
• Janet has excellent organizational and customer service skills and has been a great asset to our SERVPRO Franchise.
• When she is free she loves spending time home with her children.

Maria Navarro

Accounting Coordinator

• Maria has been with our SERVPRO Franchise for 3 years.
• She has completed SERVPRO's Carpet and Upholstery, Water Restoration and Fire Restoration Employee Certification Training Programs.
• Maria has strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
• She loves outdoor activities, spending time with her friends/family, and dancing.

Jorge Ordonez

Lead Technician

• Jorge is the Lead Technician for duct cleaning and everything related to HVAC.
• He has a broad background in water an fire restoration, and has been with our SERVPRO Franchise for over 5 years.
• Jorge has completed SERVPRO's Employee Certification Training Program; and through the years has become an asset to SERVPRO of Central Union County.
